Worker-Centric Design Framework

This document has been created to support innovation teams focused on future of work innovation to emphasize the importance of including workers in the innovation process, to create solutions that truly work for them.

• It is based on user-centric design principles and was developed in collaboration with impacted workers, designers, future of work experts, and partner organizations serving impacted workers. 

• It is intended to be passed along to innovators and organizations working in the future of work ecosystem who can implement these principles in their own solutions to increase their impact.
