Our Founder and CEO
Dr. Angela Jackson is an entrepreneur and thought leader who partners with policymakers, Fortune 100 executives, and angel investors to create an equitable Future of Work.
Dr. Jackson draws on decades of experience building transformative, data-driven initiatives that create career pathways. As a managing partner at New Profit, she designed a Future of Work challenge that reskilled 25,000 workers impacted by COVID-19 and placed them in living wage jobs. She has been a senior advisor to over 100 workforce EdTech startup organizations, served as the Chief Investment Officer at Kapor Enterprises, and is a founding member of Chief, a network for women in senior leadership roles. Dr. Jackson currently serves as a lecturer at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
